Archive handkerchief - Greece jacquard
A rare handkerchief in a very limited edition. Only 10 pieces in stock. The Greek fresco Jacquard is woven with the cut-yarns techn. This weaving process, in vogue in the 60s, cant be done today with our such fine cottons. In the past, yarns were shaved and stopped by hand.
This piece is woven in the pure Cambresis tradition. A solid and fine fabric. Each square has its own particularity. Carefully washed, the handrolled is from the 60s (vintage handrolled)
